He carries out his business between Ferrara and Cremona where he builds and restores bows for stringed instruments.

Lorenzo Lazzarato, at the age of 8, began studying the violin, then moving on to double bass, where he graduated in 1993 from the “G. Frescobaldi” Conservatory of Music in Ferrara.
He attended the bowmaking course directed by Maestro G. Lucchi at the Professional Training Center of Cremona, obtaining the title of bowmaker in 1994.
He learns the techniques of construction and restoration with relative stylistics under the guidance of Maestro Emilio Slaviero.
Learn more about the various techniques of bow making by participating in various internships and courses in England and France.
From 2011 to 2012, he collaborated as a teacher in the project (IFTS-Superior Production Technician) “Builder of bows for stringed musical instruments”.
Even later, in 2014 and 2015, he continued his collaboration as a teacher on the project (IFTS-Superior Production Technician) with the specification of “Archetti restoration technician”.
In recent years he has collaborated as a teacher at the “A.Stradivari” International Violin Making School in Cremona, holding the “Maintenance technique and introduction to bow making” course.
